The Village of James Creek Homeowners Association is a single family and townhouse community located in Olney, Maryland. Construction of the community was completed in 1993, at which point a resident controlled Board of Directors was elected. The community is located near the intersection of Rte 108 and Georgia Avenue, and consists of over 500 units. The community features a swimming pool and tennis courts, as well as several tot lots.

Community Yard Sale and Spring Clean Up
This year's Spring Clean Up will be held on Saturday, May 12th. Click on the flyer below for additional details.
A community wide yard sale will also take place this year and will be held on Saturday, May 5th from 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM. Advertisements for this event will be placed in the local papers.
James Creek Community Picnic
The 2011 community picnic was held on Saturday, September 11th at the James Creek pool. The event featured great food catered by Mickey's Buckeye Barbeque, and the weather cooperated to offer all in attendance a great time.

Community Tot Lots
The James Creek Board of Directors have developed a master plan for the community's three playgrounds. Phase 1 of the master plan was the modernization of the tot lot along Shadowridge Drive. The old wood climber structure was removed and replaced with a new structure.

Tennis Court Update
In order to combat vandalism and unauthorized use at the tennis courts the Association has installed a combination lock at the courts. James Creek residents may obtain the combination by contacting the management company at 703-591-0800 (you will need to provide your account number to obtain the code over the phone).

Trash collection: Trash is the community is collected by Potomac Disposal on Mondays and Thursdays. Please place items curbside by 7:30 AM on collection days. (There is no trash collection on Christmas or New Year's Day) |
